By using our service, you will accept all the below terms and conditions.
1. Payments are to be made upfront – before the lesson.
2. You are required to give a minimum of 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel a lesson. For anything less than 48 hours you may be charged for the missed lesson.
3. The instructor cannot be held responsible for lesson cancellation due to mechanical breakdown, but will endeavour to find a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
4. The instructor is entitled to withdraw his/her car for the usage of your test. The instructor will always give a weeks notice providing you haven’t come to the instructor at short notice of less than a week.
5. The instructor will abide by an equal opportunity policy and will not discriminate against race, colour, creed, gender or sexual orientation etc.
6. Any block booking not fulfilled within 1 year of the initial payment may be lost.
7. Cancellation policy 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in full charge of the lesson at the current rate in most circumtencies, includes NO SHOWS. Please note the cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
8. Lesson fees are payable on the day, or in advance for block bookings. Please ensure you have payment with you, trips to cashpoints will come out of lesson time. Payment is by cash or bank transfer.

9. Please ensure you have a valid and current provisional licence before booking any lessons.
10. If the student chooses to use their own vehicle for tuition, the fees remain the same. Please note that you must be fully insured to use your own vehicle.
11. Please do not book your practical test until advised to do so by your instructor. Use of tuition vehicle for test day purposes can be withdrawn if advice is not taken, or it is felt that test standard has not been reached.
12. I cover ONLY Farnborough test centre and no other ones.
13. Test day fee is £130 This includes pre-test drive, use of vehicle on test & instructor driving you home/to work/college (pass or fail) after test.
14. If a lesson has to be cancelled/rearranged by the instructor they will contact you as early as possible. Tests take priority over lessons.
15. If you wish to have continuous lessons you need to book them in advance to secure your slots as I am mostly booked up to 6-8 weeks ahead.
16. While driving the tuition vehicle you are legally responsible for any offences/fines.
17. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from date if issued
